No, walk-ups are welcome. Please check-in at the kayak check-in building upon arrival.
What kinds of boats are permitted on the whitewater channels?
Whitewater specific kayaks and canoes are the only boats other than guided rafts allowed on the channels. No duckies or inflatable boats!
Do you rent kayaks or kayak clothing?
Kayak gear is only provided during instruction. We do not rent boats for whitewater, but do have demo boats. Please see our private boaters section for more information.
Is there kayak instruction? How do I sign up?
Yes, kayak instruction is offered for all levels. Please visit our kayak instruction page and contact our reservations department at 704-391-3900 to book your instruction.
