Learn the basic facilitation and technical skills needed to be a ropes course instructor! This two-part basic instructor training is focused on providing you the foundation needed to become a member of the Team Development Center. Training provides extensive understanding of the low and high ropes elements, leading groups, tying knots, and other technical basics to become a facilitator.

• Learn facilitation practices and technical knowledge
• Experience low and high ropes elements
• Build a community with like-minded individuals
• Learn concepts, approaches and procedures
• All experience levels welcome for a refresher
• Create an employment opportunity at the USNWC

Minimum age: 18
Cost: $195 per person (covers both weekends)
