Program Specifics We believe that every team has different needs, objectives, and goals. That is why each program is a custom designed experience that includes a preparatory consultation between your group leader and our staff coordinators. Every program is something unique and is focused on achieving the results you desire. Throughout the program you will find an engaging activity progression, a bonding atmosphere, and a thought provoking opportunity to share observations. Teams draw meaning from activities that are applied in the next challenge and beyond. Each program requires individual commitment and team cohesion. Results are rooted in our program development model, participant input, and our professional staff. Our programs include a variety of adventure based activities. Portable props and games are a great way to being your program and help warm up, build energy, and generate focus. Low elements include a variety of established wood, metal cables, and rope structures within an average of 1.5 feet off the ground, with an exception to our tallest element the Wall at 12 feet high. These low elements offer both simple to complex activities. The high elements of our program include multiple challenges 32' in the air. These elements include harnessed safety systems and often serve as the pinnacle experience. Typically, the more time a group invests, the more they gain, and the more challenging the activities become. We suggest a full day or multi-day experience, but for groups unable to invest that time, a half-day program of low elements is offered. Experiential Learning
