Join in the fun of a high-tech, treasure hunt on 307 acres of scenic woodlands. Eco Trekking is a fun family activity fostering a strong sense of community and support for the environment.
Eco Trekking, based on the worldwide "Geo Caching" concept, can be enjoyed by people of all ages. The basic idea is to locate hidden containers, or caches, using GPS-receivers with programmed treasure hunting destinations and in combination with a keen eye and a scenic hike, make discoveries and share your experiences.
What to Do
- Check the pass activities schedule and trail status (Note, we now have some eco trekking destinations open even when our trails are closed!)
- Print and sign the waiver form to bring with you (or you may fill one out when you arrive)
- Buy an AllSport, CoolSport or OneSport pass
- Purchase a trail map (optional) or download one in our helpful documents section
- Report to the Biking Barn and Eco Trekking Check-In for passport and GPS
(A single GPS will serve small groups (up to 6)
